Introduction to our Practice Management Programme
This programme is an investment into Practice Management development that has been made by NHS England to deliver the GP Forward View locally, alongside the national development programmes. Ours aim is to:
- Support networking between managers, sharing successful ways of working.
- Provide opportunities for peer to peer support and encouragement.
- Use Peer Reviews for Professional Development Planning.
- Assess training needs and offer training.
- Improve practice resilience.
